In June I completed my Masters from the University of Bath and was pleased to have achieved a First Class on the project! The project was titled 'Assessing the criterion validity of the modified Loughborough Soccer Passing Test within an elite male Professional Development Phase academy cohort'. I learned a great deal during the process and was extremely pleased with the final report that I managed to produce. I believe that there is a potential to utilise this modified test as part of talent identification or player monitoring in the future if further research were to confirm its validity and reliability in a range of players.
Over the last few months I have moved and started a new full time role in football. Now that I am settled in to my new role I am hoping that I will be able to start to dedicate some time to personal development once again and further highlight my skills!
